Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Hiring a local service engineer who can support machinery/ equipment installation/training/troubleshooting/maintenance
• Responsibilities
• On-site machine troubleshooting/ servicing
• Off-site machine remote/ troubleshooting (via remote)
• Provide training to customers
• Communicate with manufacturers when facing difficulties and solving problems
• Qualifications/Skills
• Education: SPM/STPM/UEC level and above
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Optional: Chinese, as we need to communicate with Chinese manufacturers)
• Able to use PC well
• Willing to learn new things, and catch up fast
• Willing to work OT, including weekends in case customers urgently need support
• Own a car & able to drive
• Good in communication
